Rental policies

Booking & payment

  • All bookings require valid payment via our secure online checkout.
  • Pricing is the daily rate plus any applicable fees — shown in full before you pay.
  • No airport, young-driver, or surprise fees.

Security deposit

  • A refundable deposit of $300 is required.
  • It's a hold on your card, not a charge — released after the car is returned.
  • It may be partially or fully captured only if there is vehicle damage.

Cancellation

  • Cancel at least 24 hours before your start time for a full refund.
  • Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Driver requirements

  • Drivers must be at least 23.
  • A valid driver's license is required and is verified before pickup.
  • You can verify your license during or after booking — before delivery.

Insurance

  • Proof of insurance (or our coverage) is required before pickup.
  • You can upload proof during or after booking — before delivery.

Rental agreement

  • The rental agreement is e-signed at handover, when starting mileage is recorded.
  • You can preview it any time after booking.
