Atlas is delivery-only. There is no counter, no storefront and no lot to find. You book online, we bring the car to you, and you hand it back at an agreed place and time.
Here's the whole process.
The seven steps
- Choose your dates and a vehicle online.
- Enter the address where you want the car delivered.
- Review the itemized price — rate, discount, delivery, coverage, taxes and deposit.
- Complete license, identity and insurance verification.
- Get your confirmation and delivery instructions by email or text.
- Meet us, check the car over, take the keys.
- Return it at the agreed time and place.
Steps 1 to 5 all happen before we arrive. That's the point of the model — by the time the car reaches you, the paperwork is done and the handover takes minutes rather than the better part of an hour.
What delivery costs
Delivery is a one-off charge that depends on where you are:
- Hollywood, Dania Beach — free
- Fort Lauderdale, Hallandale Beach — $20
- Aventura, Davie — $30
It's shown separately from the vehicle rate, before you pay. Rentals of a week or more take
10% off the vehicle rate, and a month or more takes
20%. Full breakdown in
what a week costs.
Verification happens before we arrive
We're handing a car to someone we've never met, at an address that isn't ours, so the checks matter. You'll need a valid driver's license, a payment method in your own name, and identity verification — usually a license upload plus a selfie check. Any additional driver has to be named and approved in advance; nobody else may drive the car, however briefly.
Every rental also needs liability coverage. If you have your own auto insurance and we can verify it, you pay nothing extra. If not, renter liability is $33 a day. A damage waiver is separate and always optional.
Finish these promptly. A booking isn't fully approved until they're done, and we can't schedule a delivery against an unapproved reservation.
Where we deliver
Each location page lists the ZIP codes we serve and the delivery fee for that area.
Making the address work
The one thing that genuinely slows a delivery down is an address we can't reach or park at. A good meeting point is easy to identify, safe to stop at, and available long enough to complete the handover without blocking traffic.
For a hotel or condominium, the details that actually help are:
- Property name and street address — not just the name
- Which entrance or lobby to use
- Valet or visitor parking instructions
- Gate or building access requirements
- Your unit number, if we'll need it
- Any restriction the property places on vehicle drop-offs
For a house or vacation rental, just confirm we can legally stop nearby. Two minutes spent on this when you book saves a phone call from the curb.
The handover
We arrive with the car prepared. You check its condition, we confirm mileage and fuel, you sign, and you go. Photograph the car before you drive away — exterior, wheels, windshield, interior, fuel and odometer — and raise anything you notice before you leave, so it's recorded at the start rather than argued about at the end.
If your plans change
They often do — a delayed flight, a hotel room that isn't ready, a repair shop that quotes optimistically. Tell us as early as you can and we'll usually move things around; the same small team is coordinating deliveries, returns and vehicle prep across the day, so notice is what makes it possible.
A change isn't confirmed until we confirm it, and that applies to extensions too. Ask before the scheduled return, not after — once the car is promised to someone else, the options narrow. Free cancellation stands until 24 hours before delivery.
Tolls and violations
Our cars use SunPass, so you never stop at a booth. Tolls aren't included in the rental — we bill them back at the toll amount after your trip, with no markup and no daily convenience fee. Parking tickets, traffic citations and red-light camera fines during the rental are yours as well.
Returning the car
Hand it back at the agreed time and place, at the fuel level you received it, with your belongings out and the keys in hand. A different return location is often possible with prior approval, though it may carry a repositioning charge — but don't leave the car somewhere unapproved, and don't treat a message asking for a change as permission.
We check condition, fuel and mileage on return. Your $300 deposit hold is released once that's done and anything owed is settled; how quickly the funds reappear is down to your bank. A few charges can land later — tolls in particular, since they reach us after the fact.
